At Naissance, we want you to be completely satisfied with your natural beauty purchases. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer care team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) label.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original primary packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
